Having supported our students in various ways for over 10 years, in 2023 BVL and 5RB formally partnered to offer an insight evening and work experience programme for BVL students
BCL Solicitors offer three of our students a one week internship and an essay competition, providing an invaluable insight into their specialisms, including white collar crime and tax investigations. BCL made BVL its Charity of the Year in 2024
In 2023, BVL began a partnership with literary agency, The Blair Partnership and Pottermore Publishing. They are offering BVL students an opportunity to learn more about their work via an insight evening, in addition to an in person work experience programme for two students
Privacy and reputation management law and consultancy firm, Schillings, has partnered with BVL every year since 2021 to run a student insight scheme
We are supported by BamLegal, which generously sponsors our virtual projects
Deka Chambers partnered with BVL in 2021 to launch an annual essay competition for our students, in memory of the passing of their friend and colleague Aqeel H Noorali
Since 2021 we have worked with Cumberland Lodge, which has offered our students with spaces on their conferences and the opportunity to moot at a special mooting competition fundraising event in 2022
Doughty Street Chambers donated to BVL in 2025, as part of its charity donation programme
The University of Law generously provides us with seminar rooms to use for our in person sessions, including our annual Model Law Commission conference
We are supported by Middle Temple, who have invited our students to guest speaker evenings since 2015
Specialist planning law firm, Town Legal partnered with BVL in 2021 to offer annual events and an internship designed to give students a chance to learn about the fascinating field of planning law

The format of that support is equally varied and includes:
